The Only One with Probiotic, Prebiotic and Lactic Acid
Progynel® vaginal suppositories contain the probiotic Lactobacillus acidophilus (non-living strains), a prebiotic (GOS), and lactic acid.
Indications:
Progynel® is indicated for adult women for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis (yeast infections), including asymptomatic cases, as well as in instances of vaginal imbalance due to prolonged antibiotic treatment or hormonal fluctuations.
Active Ingredients:
- Tyndallized Lactobacillus acidophilus (non-living, inactivated strains): To neutralize vaginal dysbiosis with an improved safety profile.
- Lactic Acid: To maintain the vaginal pH level.
- Prebiotic GOS (Galacto-oligosaccharides): Nutrients that stimulate the growth of lactobacilli over pathogens for more effective maintenance of healthy vaginal flora.

Composition:
Each 2 g suppository contains: Semi-synthetic glycerides, Polysorbate 80, Silica, Galacto-oligosaccharides (1 mg), non-living (tyndallized) strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus (0.07 mg), Lactic acid (2 mg).
Recommended Dosage:It is recommended to use 1 suppository per day for 10 consecutive days, inserted into the vagina before bedtime. Treatment may be repeated if necessary or according to medical advice.
Instructions for Use:
For proper use of the product, follow these steps:
– Wash the intimate area thoroughly.
– Wash your hands meticulously before removing the strip from the packaging.
– Detach a single blister from the strip, taking care not to damage the remaining blisters.
– Remove the suppository from the blister.
– Gently insert the suppository into the vagina, pushing it deep enough to prevent accidental displacement.
Storage Conditions:
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, away from direct light and heat sources.
